Pumpkin Spice Latte

This is an independent informational guide, not affiliated with Tim Hortons. Prices are typical ranges and vary by location and province. Tax is excluded and delivery app prices differ. Check the official Tim Hortons menu or app before ordering.

Prices last checked: October 2026. Prices below are typical Canadian ranges in Canadian dollars, before tax.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is the flagship of the fall menu: espresso and steamed milk flavoured with pumpkin spice syrup, on sale from September 1 until November 1 in the 2026 run. It is also the hardest drink on the menu to price honestly, because Tim Hortons announces it without prices and most listings do not price it either. This page gives the fullest range the checkable figures support, and says where those figures come from.

Pumpkin Spice Latte prices

SizePriceCalories
Small, 10 oz$3.49–$3.99230–240
Medium, 14 oz$3.99–$4.49300–310
Large, 20 oz$4.49–$5.19380

Two sets of figures sit inside that range. The cross-checked listing figures carried on our coffee pages run from $3.49 to $4.79 across the sizes, and the newest single source that prices the drink, one Toronto restaurant’s online listing checked in October 2026, runs higher at $3.99, $4.49 and $5.19. Publishing only the lower set would understate what some stores charge; publishing only the store listing would overstate the typical price. The range covers both, and the calories are given the same way, since the two reads sit 10 calories apart at small and medium and agree at large.

What is in it

Espresso, steamed milk and pumpkin spice syrup, per the one source that describes the build. That source, citing the Canadian nutrition guide, prices the syrup itself at 25 calories, 5 grams of sugar and 10 milligrams of sodium per pump, and attributes the medium’s jump over a plain latte, about 300 calories against 140, to the syrup and the topping. No source names the actual spices in the blend. Anything you read listing cinnamon, nutmeg and clove as the official recipe is repeating the generic pumpkin spice mix, not a published Tim Hortons ingredient list.

The whipped topping question

People ask whether the hot Pumpkin Spice Latte comes with whipped topping, and the honest answer is that the sources do not say. The one description that mentions whipped topping attaches it to the Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp, not the hot latte. If your store tops the latte, that is how that store builds it; it is not stated in any published description of the drink we can check. The rest of the fall line, Iced Capp and Cold Brew versions included, is tracked on the Seasonal and Limited-Time Items page.

It has returned every fall in the current pattern, as the anchor of the September to November seasonal window. The year-round latte it builds on is priced on the Latte page.
