The latte is Tim Hortons’ entry in the espresso world: shots of espresso under steamed milk, sold in Small, Medium and Large, with no Extra Large on the espresso menu. It is also the drink where customisation actually lives, six milks deep. This page prices the plain latte, gives the one full nutrition row the listings publish, and is straight about the milk surcharge nobody puts a number on.
Latte prices
| Drink | Small 10 oz | Medium 14 oz | Large 20 oz | Calories S/M/L |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Latte | $2.99–$3.19 | $3.49–$3.69 | $3.99–$4.19 | 90 / 140 / 190 |
| Cappuccino (same ladder) | $2.99–$3.19 | $3.49–$3.69 | $3.99–$4.19 | 80 / 120 / 170 |
| Flavoured lattes (vanilla, mocha, caramel) | $3.39–$3.69 | $3.89–$4.19 | $4.39–$4.69 | 140–150 / 220–230 / 300–310 |
The flavoured versions carry a premium of roughly 40 to 50 cents over the plain latte at each size. Espresso drinks are built on shots rather than volume, which is why a small and a large latte carry similar caffeine at different sizes: the extra money in the large buys milk, not stimulant. The full espresso ladder, Americanos and shots included, is on the Hot Coffee page.

That is the medium row from the fullest nutrition table among the listings, and it is the only size with a published full row; the sugar in it is the natural sugar in the milk, with nothing added. No source publishes the small or large rows, so they are not estimated here.
Milks, and the surcharge with no number
One listing names the full milk run for drinks: cream, 2 percent milk, skim milk, oat milk, almond milk and soy milk. The dairy milks swap freely. The plant milks are where it gets vague: two listings describe an upcharge for oat, almond or soy in a latte as usual or as a possible small surcharge depending on location, and not one of them, anywhere, prints an amount. So the honest answer to what oat milk costs in a Tim Hortons latte is: a small store level charge that is not published. The app shows it before you pay.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a latte at Tim Hortons?
Between $2.99 and $4.19 by size: small $2.99 to $3.19, medium $3.49 to $3.69, large $3.99 to $4.19. There is no extra large latte.
How many calories are in a medium latte?
140 calories, with 13 grams of sugar from the milk itself and 8 grams of protein, per the fullest published nutrition table.
Does oat milk cost extra in a latte?
Usually, per the listings, but the amount is not published anywhere. Expect a small store level surcharge; the app total shows it before you pay.
Does a large latte have more caffeine than a small?
Not much, if any. Lattes are built on shots, not volume, so the sizes carry similar caffeine and the large mainly adds milk. Tim Hortons publishes no caffeine figures; more on that on the Nutrition and Allergens page.
