This is an independent informational guide, not affiliated with Tim Hortons. Prices are typical ranges and vary by location and province. Tax is excluded and delivery app prices differ. Check the official Tim Hortons menu or app before ordering.

Tim Hortons sells a second menu outside its restaurants, and it is bigger than most people realise. There is an official online store, TimShop, carrying close to 400 products of merchandise and grocery items, and there is the Tims at Home line in the grocery aisle: the same blend names as the counter, sold as ground coffee, pods, mixes, tea and canned soup, plus a bottled iced coffee that launched in 2026. This page prices both, names the store behind every figure, and answers the two questions people always ask: whether TimShop ships outside Canada, and whether a gift card works there. Both answers are no, and the details matter, as the sections below show.
TimShop: the official merchandise store
TimShop lives at timshop.timhortons.ca and describes itself as the place to buy Tims merchandise and Tims at Home products. The range runs through drinkware, apparel from toques to holiday sweaters, accessories and collectibles, seasonal gift bundles, and the grocery line itself. These prices were checked on TimShop on November 7, 2026; sale prices are marked, and the store rotates stock by season, so a sold out item usually means the season moved, not that the line ended.
| Product (checked on TimShop) | Price |
|---|---|
| Destination and provincial ceramic mugs, 16 oz (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa and more) | $12.99 |
| Team Canada Reusable Hot Cup, 16 oz, limited edition | $9.99 |
| Figural mugs, 20 oz (Ghost, Black Cat, Mummy) | $9.99–$14.99 |
| Gingerbread Icon plastic tumbler, 16 oz | $18.99 |
| Timbits Soccer water bottle, 18 oz | $14.99 (sale, was $19.99) |
| Stainless steel travel mugs, 20 to 22 oz | $19.97–$24.99 |
| Always Fresh Toque | $24.99 |
Three rules of the store are worth knowing before you fill a cart. TimShop ships within Canada only, in Canadian dollars, and says so plainly in its FAQ. Shipping is free on orders over $50; the fee under that threshold is not published anywhere on the site and appears only at checkout. And food and beverage items cannot be returned, while other items follow a 30 day refund window and cannot be returned at a restaurant.
The gift card does not work at TimShop
This is the trap on the page, so it gets its own section. TimShop’s FAQ states that it accepts major payment cards and then, in the same breath, that it does not accept Tims Gift Cards. Tims Rewards points cannot be redeemed there either, though a standing promotion earns 10 points per dollar on eligible items. The card itself remains a restaurant and app product; everything it does and does not do is set out on the Gift Card page. If someone gives you a gift card for merchandise, the honest translation is that it buys coffee at the counter, not the mug with the city on it.
Tims at Home ground coffee
The grocery coffee line runs under the same names as the restaurant board: Original Blend, Dark Roast, Decaf, French Vanilla, 100 percent Colombian, Hazelnut and Maple, in fine grind bags and cans, with whole bean confirmed in 300 gram bags though no current whole bean price could be verified for this page. Grocery prices are store specific in Canada, Loblaws most of all, so the figures below name their store. They were checked on November 7, 2026 unless a different date is stated.
| Product | Checked price | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Fine Grind coffee, 300 g (Original Blend, French Vanilla) | $14.99 | Loblaws |
| Original Blend, 907 g | $32.99 | Loblaws |
| Original Blend, 875 to 930 g cans | $22.00–$28.99 | range across retailers |
| Original Blend Fine Grind, 1.36 kg | $39.99 online; about $34.99 in warehouse, $27 on sale | Costco |
Two things stand out in that table. The first is the spread on the same can: a big Original Blend can is a low twenties item on promotion at some chains and over $30 at a full price Loblaws, which is why flyer weeks matter more for this shelf than for almost anything else Tim Hortons sells. The second is Costco, where the online price and the warehouse price are different numbers for the same 1.36 kilogram bag; the online bag was also showing out of stock at check. The roasts themselves are the restaurant blends, priced per cup far below the Hot Coffee ladder, which is the entire point of the line.
K-Cup pods
The pods come in 12, 30 and 48 count boxes in the core roasts, with bigger club packs beyond that and seasonal flavours such as Pumpkin Spice and Gingerbread in the fall. The useful discovery in this check is how closely two rival chains agree:
| Box | Checked price | Where |
|---|---|---|
| 12 count (Original Blend, Decaf, Hazelnut) | $15.99 | Loblaws and Canadian Tire |
| 30 count | $27.99–$30.99 | TimShop variety pack $27.99; Loblaws and Canadian Tire $28.99; Jean Coutu $30.99 |
| 48 count | $41.99–$42.99 | Loblaws $41.99; Canadian Tire $42.99 |
| 80 count (Original Blend) | $57.99 online; about $54.99 in warehouse, $39.99 on sale | Costco |
Per pod, the maths runs from about $1.33 in a 12 count down to about 87 cents in a 48 count, and lower again when the Costco warehouse pack is on sale. The TimShop variety pack is the only official way to mix flavours in one box: 30 pods, five flavours, six of each, at $27.99. The same pods in the restaurant context, and the drinks they imitate, are priced from the full menu.
Mixes, tea and canned soup
Below the coffee, the line fills out into the rest of the cupboard. These figures are from Loblaws, checked November 7, 2026, and Loblaws pricing is set store by store:
| Product | Checked price |
|---|---|
| French Vanilla Cappuccino Beverage Mix, 454 g | $11.99 |
| French Vanilla Cappuccino Beverage Mix, value format 1 kg | $17.99 |
| Cappuccino and Hot Chocolate Mix variety pack, 24 count | $16.99 |
| Hot Chocolate Mix, 8 count | $7.99 |
| Steeped Tea pods, Orange Pekoe, 12 count / 30 count | $15.99 / $28.99 |
| Ready To Serve soup, 540 mL (Chicken Noodle, Minestrone and more) | $4.49 |
| Ready To Serve Loaded soup, 540 mL (Loaded Chicken Noodle, Loaded Chicken and Rice and more) | $4.79 |
The soups deserve a line of their own. The canned line runs well past the restaurant’s two staples, through varieties like Creamy Field Mushroom, Beef Barley and Italian Wedding, and the Loaded range was the headline of the brand’s October 2026 grocery launch event. Shelf prices at Loblaws sit at $4.49 and $4.79, but the flyers undercut them hard: a Walmart rollback put the cans at $2.24 in October 2026, less than half the Loblaws figure. Soup is the most flyer sensitive item in the whole line. A boxed version of the signature Steeped Tea also exists as of the October 2026 event; no shelf price for it could be verified at check, so none is printed.
The 2026 additions: bottled iced coffee and syrups
On May 14, 2026, Tim Hortons launched its ready to drink Iced Coffee in 1.42 litre bottles: 100 percent Arabica, unsweetened, in Medium Roast Black, Vanilla and Caramel, sold first at Walmart nationally and Metro in Quebec and rolling out to most major grocers. Iced Coffee Syrups in Cappuccino and Mocha launched alongside it at a run of chains and on TimShop. Bottle pricing is the least settled figure on this page: a Loblaws listing works out to about $8.99 a bottle by its unit price, and a shelf sighting elsewhere showed $6.99, so treat the bottle as a $6.99 to $8.99 item until retailer listings settle, and check the shelf rather than any guide, this one included. The restaurant original is priced on the Iced Coffee page.
Buying merchandise in restaurants
Some of this shelf exists in the restaurants themselves. TimShop’s own product pages mark seasonal items as available online and in restaurants while quantities last, holiday stocking items included, at participating locations. Prices in store can differ from TimShop online, and there is no published restaurant price list for merchandise, so the counter price is the counter price. The year round drinkware and apparel, though, is an online range.
Frequently asked questions
Does TimShop ship to the United States?
No. TimShop’s FAQ says the store is only available in Canada for now, ships nationwide within Canada, and prices in Canadian dollars.
Can I pay at TimShop with a Tim Hortons gift card?
No. The FAQ accepts major payment cards and states plainly that Tims Gift Cards are not accepted, and Rewards points cannot be redeemed there either. The Gift Card page covers where the card does work.
How much is TimShop shipping?
Free on orders over $50. The under $50 fee is not published on the site and is calculated at checkout.
Where is Tims at Home coffee cheapest?
It moves. At this check a 300 gram bag was $14.99 at Loblaws, big cans spanned $22.00 to $28.99 across chains, and Costco’s warehouse price beat its own online price by about $5. Flyer sales, especially on soup and the big cans, beat every regular shelf price we saw.
Is Tims at Home coffee the same as restaurant coffee?
It is sold under the same blend names, Original Blend, Dark Roast and the rest, in grind and pod formats made for home machines. Per cup it works out far below the restaurant ladder on the Hot Coffee page.
