The Honey Cruller is the odd one in the donut case: a ridged ring in the French cruller style, made from a lighter, egg based dough that fries up full of air pockets, then dipped in honey glaze. It feels like the lightest donut Tim Hortons sells. The nutrition row tells a more complicated story, and this page gives it in full, along with the classic tier price every listing agrees on.

As with the Apple Fritter, the sources price it three ways and file it in one tier: the fullest listing spans $1.59 to $1.99 in its classics table, another holds every standard donut at $1.99, and the guide-data listing puts the cruller at $2.09 in its classic eleven. The spanning range is the classic band, $1.59 to $2.09, and it counts toward the classic six and dozen boxes priced on the Donuts page.

That is the row two sources agree on exactly, including the guide-data listing. The fullest menu listing prints a leaner version, fat at 19 grams and sodium at 210 milligrams, so the decimals move between listings. What does not move is the shape of the thing: an airy, delicate ring carrying 22 grams of fat, 11 of them saturated, the richest fat profile in the classic case. The texture is light because the dough is full of air; the fat is there because a sponge like that drinks the fryer. At 320 calories it sits near the top of the classics, far above the 250 calorie Honey Dip it is so often confused with.

Cruller or Honey Dip?

They share a glaze flavour and nothing else. The Honey Dip is a raised yeast ring, smooth and bready, at 250 calories. The cruller is the ridged ring with the crisp shell and the custardy middle, at 320. If the ridges are there, it is the cruller, and the Donuts page prices both in the full case table.
