The breakfast sandwich is the core of the Tim Hortons morning: an egg, cheese and your choice of meat, built on an English muffin, a biscuit, a croissant or a bagel at the same price. That last part is the system’s whole logic. The listings price the sandwich, not the bread, so this page prices every build once and then deals with the bread question separately, because it changes the calories even though it never changes the bill.
Breakfast sandwich prices by build
| Build | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Simply Sausage | $2.99–$3.49 | 450 |
| Egg and Cheese | $3.99–$4.49 | 270 |
| Bacon and Egg | $4.49–$4.99 | 330 |
| Sausage and Egg | $4.49–$4.99 | 530 |
| Double Stacked | $5.49–$6.49 | 580 |
| Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich | $5.49–$5.99 | 680 |
| Bagel BELT (bagel only) | $5.49–$5.99 | 490 |
The Egg and Cheese is the entry point and, at 270 calories, the lightest full sandwich on the breakfast menu. Bacon adds about 50 cents and 60 calories. Sausage adds the same 50 cents and about 260 calories, because the patty is the heavy part of the build. The same builds rolled into a tortilla are on the Farmer’s Wrap page and the full breakfast menu is on the Breakfast page.
The bread choice changes calories, not price
One listing states it directly: every breakfast sandwich can be built on your choice of bread, and that choice changes the calories more than most people expect. What no listing publishes is a number for it. There is no sourced figure anywhere for how many more calories the biscuit build carries than the English muffin build of the same sandwich, so this page will not invent one. The calorie figures in the table are the standard builds as published; your bread choice moves them.
Sodium: what is and is not published
Only one listing publishes breakfast sodium at all, and only for some builds. From its nutrition table: the Egg and Cheese at 620 milligrams, the Bagel BELT at 1,180 milligrams and the Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich at 1,510 milligrams. For the bacon, sausage, Double Stacked and Simply Sausage builds, no listing publishes a sodium figure, so none is printed here. The pattern is still clear enough: the plain egg sandwich is moderate, and the big stacked builds run past half a day’s reference intake of 2,300 milligrams on their own.

Does the bread change the price of a breakfast sandwich?
No. English muffin, biscuit, croissant or bagel, the sandwich price is the same. The bread changes the calories, not the bill.
