Kids Menu

This is an independent informational guide, not affiliated with Tim Hortons. Prices are typical ranges and vary by location and province. Tax is excluded and delivery app prices differ. Check the official Tim Hortons menu or app before ordering.

Prices last checked: October 2026. This page exists because parents search for a Tim Hortons kids menu, and the honest answer comes first.

Tim Hortons Canada does not currently have a kids menu. We checked the full text of the three menu listings this site is built on, and none of them has a kids section, a kids meal, a child portion of anything, or a single item priced for children. The word kids does not appear in them at all. No kids discount, free item or age limit is published anywhere either. So this page does the useful thing instead: it prices what families actually order for children from the regular menu, at the regular prices.

Drinks kids actually get, priced

DrinkPriceCalories
White Milk, bottled$2.59–$2.99120
Chocolate Milk, bottled$2.59–$2.99160
Apple Juice, bottled$2.59–$2.99130
Orange Juice, bottled$2.59–$2.99140
Spring Water, bottled$2.29–$2.490
Hot Chocolate, Small 10 oz$1.99–$2.39220
White Hot Chocolate, Small 10 oz$1.99–$2.39250

The bottled drinks are the default kids order: milk, chocolate milk and the two juices all sit in the same price band, and water sits just below it. No source sells a juice box format; these are the bottled counter drinks, and no listing prints their bottle size. The small hot chocolate is the winter order, priced in the 10 oz Small. An 8 oz extra small cup exists for hot drinks generally, but the listings do not price hot chocolate in it, so it is not shown as a kids size here.

Food that works for kids, priced

ItemPriceCalories
Single Timbit$0.3550–90 each
Timbits, box of 10$2.99–$3.19About 900 per box
Hash Brown$1.99–$2.19120
Crispy Chicken Craveable$4.99–$6.99Varies by build
Roast Beef Craveable$4.99460

Timbits are the centre of the kids order at Tim Hortons and always have been: a single one costs 35 cents, a box of 10 costs about three dollars and shares across the back seat, and a donut from the Donuts case is the step up from there. For a child who needs an actual meal, the Craveables on the Lunch page are the smallest sandwiches Tim Hortons sells, compact versions of the regular proteins at snack size prices. Everything else is the adult menu in the adult portion.

What a kids order costs, worked out

Two real orders at the prices in the tables above. One child, after school: a box of 10 Timbits and a chocolate milk come to roughly $5.58 to $6.18 before tax. Two children sharing: a box of 20 Timbits at $4.99 to $5.19 and a bottled juice each brings the run to roughly $10.17 to $11.17 before tax, which is less than most single lunch sandwiches with a drink. The pattern is the point: with no kids pricing to lean on, the cheap kids order at Tim Hortons is built from Timbits and the bottled drinks case, not from the sandwich line.

The kids menu Tim Hortons used to run

There was a real kids menu once, which is why people keep searching for it. Timmies Minis launched in November 2018: a $4.99 pack with a choice of a Mini Melt, a Mini Wrap or chicken strips, a side such as apple slices or snack wedges, and a drink of milk, chocolate milk, juice or water, with an activity book instead of a toy and 10 cents from each pack going to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation. It has since disappeared. It appears on no current listing we check, and there is no current official page for it, so it is presented here as history with its 2018 price, not as something you can order.

A note on caffeine and kids

Health Canada’s guidance, quoted in one of the menu listings, puts the recommended maximum caffeine for children at 2.5 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. The drinks in the table above are all caffeine free. What that means for coffee sizes and older children is covered on the Nutrition and Allergens page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Tim Hortons have a kids menu in Canada?

Not currently. No kids menu, kids meal or child portion appears on any current Canadian listing we check. Children order from the regular menu at regular prices.

What is the cheapest thing to get a child at Tim Hortons?

A single Timbit at 35 cents. For a drink and a snack together, a bottled water at about $2.29 to $2.49 with a Timbit is the floor, and a box of 10 Timbits at about $3 covers several children at once.

Is there a kids discount at Tim Hortons?

None is published. No listing or official page we check mentions a kids price, a kids eat free offer or an age based discount.

Does Tim Hortons sell juice boxes?

No juice box format appears on the listings. The juices are bottled apple and orange juice at about $2.59 to $2.99, the same bottles sold to everyone.

What happened to Timmies Minis?

The $4.99 kids packs launched in 2018 are no longer on the menu. They appear on no current listing, and Tim Hortons runs no replacement kids program in Canada at the moment.
