High-Protein Picks at Tim Hortons

This is an independent informational guide, not affiliated with Tim Hortons. Prices are typical ranges and vary by location and province. Tax is excluded and delivery app prices differ. Check the official Tim Hortons menu or app before ordering.

Prices last checked: October 2026. Prices below are typical Canadian ranges in Canadian dollars, before tax.

This page ranks the high-protein end of the Tim Hortons menu using only the protein figures that are actually published, in the menu listings and the July 2026 nutrition guide data this site works from. That limit matters: plenty of items, the wraps and most sandwiches among them, have no published protein figure at all, so what follows is the verified leaderboard, not a complete census. The dedicated protein line has its own page; this one puts it up against the regular menu, where some of the strongest numbers were hiding all along.

What the table teaches

The club sandwich on the Lunch page out-proteins everything Tim Hortons sells, including the entire protein line, at 34 grams. It does it the old way, with a lot of turkey and bacon, and at 1,540 milligrams of sodium it is no health food, but on the single measure of this page it wins. The Protein Bagel BELT is the efficient pick: 33 grams at 480 calories, eleven more grams than the regular BELT at essentially the same calories, because the bagel itself carries 20 grams before anything is put on it. And the chili is the value pick of the whole menu: 20 grams of protein in a 310-calorie regular serving, at the lowest prices on the table. A regular chili and a medium protein latte together come to 40 grams for somewhere around nine to eleven dollars, which is the strongest cheap combination the published figures support.

The honest gaps

Two frustrations come with this data. The first is how much is missing: the chicken wraps, the bowls and most of the sandwich line have calories published and protein unpublished, so a wrap that might deserve a row here cannot earn one. The second is the one figure that had to be rescued: the Protein Bagel BELT appears in one listing at 397 calories, against the nutrition guide’s 480. This page uses the guide, and the BELT’s price is a spread because the listings genuinely spread from $5.49 to $6.69. Where a figure on this page ever changes, it will be because a newer guide edition moved it.

Frequently asked questions

What has the most protein at Tim Hortons?

The Turkey Bacon Club, at 34 grams in the published nutrition data, ahead of the Protein Bagel BELT at 33 grams. Among drinks, the large hot Protein Latte reaches 27 grams on the guide’s size ladder.

Is the protein line the best way to get protein at Tim Hortons?

Not on grams alone. The protein drinks are efficient, 20 grams in a 170-calorie medium hot latte is a strong ratio, but the club sandwich and the Protein Bagel BELT beat every drink, and the chili beats most of the menu per dollar.

How much protein is in a Double Double?

It is not published. The Double Double’s published figures cover calories and sugar; no listing this site cross-checks prints a protein gram count for it, so it cannot be ranked here.
